Are These Plasmoid Marks?

This article was written in 1996 when I worked in the Fusion Studies Lab at the U of I for George Miley. In it, you can see several ring markings or maybe one ring and several craters. The clearest ring mark on the top was processed with software to define the edges. So it was a clear ring. Compare that to the ring marks on Matsumoto’s electrode from his article about the results of discharging through a pin electrode. It was on the INE website, then I transferred it to my own sites. It shows the state of knowledge about microplasmoids and micro ball lightning in the middle 1990s when only Matsumoto and Shoulders were actively experimenting with transmutation with plasmoids. Miley’s cell had these plasmoid marks on the various parts when I used a microscope to get these images. There were dozens or hundreds of such markings that I could see.
