Fifth State Plasmoids Form at Low Energies/Little Current

People may believe that microplasmoids like those Ken Shoulders experimented with exist, but they don’t realize that they can be formed at low energy and that electrolysis, fracture, and chemical means can be used to make them. They might think that a high current discharge or high voltages must be used.

When I was a kid, I made them by cracking a rock. They can be made by simply discharging static electricity. I think Iwamura’s experiments showed they were made chemically.

In 1992, it was clear that Matsumoto’s replication of the F&P experiments by using a palladium electrodes caused the formation and emission of microplasmoids like ball lightning that went through the glass cell walls.
