This article was originally written June 3, 1996. It was put on the INE website. Then this version was published in the January-February issue of Infinite Energy. At that time, only a few groups had produced direct evidence of the microplasmoids, so I summarized the results of these groups in these articles and described the properties of the microplasmoids as I understood them at that time. Egon Bach’s book on giant ball lightning was discussed. The giant ball lightning are related to the micro ball lightning.
