This article was written in 2021 in response to the article by Priakhin et al., and the results are discussed here. Basically, I am warning people to be careful about the health hazards of the flying microplasmoids and those that stay in materials. Micro plasmoids have states, the black state and the white state, and perhaps there is grey states. This is making detection and control of their behavior difficult, and also the state changing behavior is confusing experimental researchers and theorists. This article is on their site for the present, and was originally intended for publication in 2023. But it was left out of the issue by mistake.
